A few years back I was given a Nikon D3100. Mind you, I knew very little about cameras let alone how
to use one. I started taking pictures of everything and everyone, including my kids. I then decided
try my out my luck and enter some shots into the local fairs, and guess what?! I placed! I then decided
to step it up a notch and enter into the California State Fair. I there place 3rd and 4th, but hey, I was
proud of how far I had come.
I started offering to do Senior Sessions for those who I knew who were graduating high school. And
I'll tell you what, I found a new kind of excitement, a new passion. High school is supposed to be the
best 4 years in school and I wanted to be the one to capture that! Wedding became another favorite
of mine to shoot. I got to be a part of a major milestone in a couples life.
I spent countless nights (when I couldn't sleep), scouring the internet and Pinterest for tutorials
on how to capture that perfect shot. I still do it and learn from the past.
Fast forward to now, I have been asked so many times, "Do you have a website?" and my answer has
always been "No, because I don't even know where to start". The time has come to stop
procrastinating and get this site up and running.
I hope this gives you an inside of how I fell into photography, and hope that you will allow me to
capture those precious memories that occur throughout your life!
